Description
1. What This Practice Is Based On
The traditional view
Traditionally, the lower back is described as the axis of the body. Long hours sitting and repeated bending weaken that support, and you end up feeling like you can't quite stand tall. This practice uses slow bending, turning and core-engaging movements to wake up the lower back and abdominal area again.
The modern view
From a modern view, it trains stability and mobility through the lower back and core. The range is gentle and intensity is never the point — the goal is to feel supported through your center again.
