1. No Physical Shipping

All products sold by [Eastern Vitality Method] are digital video courses. No physical
items are shipped to you. You will not receive a package, DVD, or any
physical product in the mail.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Your course is delivered electronically, immediately after your payment is
successfully completed. There is no waiting period and no processing time
required for digital delivery.

3. How You Will Receive Your Course

After checkout, you will receive your course in the following ways:

  (a) An email containing your access link, sent to the email address you
      provided at checkout; and/or
  (b) Access through your customer account on our website.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is automatic and typically occurs within minutes of a successful
payment. In rare cases of technical delay, delivery may take up to 24
hours. If you have not received your access within 24 hours, please
contact us.

5. Shipping & Handling Fees

There are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees. The price you see at
checkout is the total amount you will be charged for the digital product.

6. No Delivery Address Required

Because our products are digital, you are not required to provide a
shipping address, and no address will be used to send you anything.

7. How to Access Your Course

Your course can be streamed online on most devices, including computers,
tablets, and smartphones. An internet connection is required. No downloads
or additional equipment are necessary.

8. International Customers

Our courses are available worldwide. As a digital product, there are no
customs duties, import taxes, or international shipping delays.

9. If You Did Not Receive Your Access

If you completed payment but did not receive your access link:

  - Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout;
