REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
This Refund Policy (Eastern Vitality Method) governs all purchases of digital products and

order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Definitions
"Digital Product" means any video course, lesson, or other content that is
delivered electronically and is not a physical good.
"Delivery" means the moment your course access link is issued or your course
is otherwise made available to you, whichever occurs first.
"Access" means any act of opening, streaming, or otherwise using the course.

3. Nature of Our Products
All products sold by [Brand Name] are digital video courses. Digital content
is intangible and, once delivered, cannot be physically returned, restored to
inventory, or revoked in any meaningful way. For this reason, our refund
policy differs from that of physical goods.

4. General Policy — All Sales Are Final
Except as expressly stated in Section 6 below, all sales are final and
non-refundable. Delivery occurs automatically upon successful payment, and we
are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after Delivery.

5. Circumstances Where No Refund Is Provided
We do not issue refunds in any of the following circumstances:
  (a) Change of mind;
  (b) Accidental or mistaken purchase;
  (c) Purchasing the wrong course or duplicate content;
  (d) You accessed, streamed, or downloaded any part of the course;
  (e) You purchased but did not use or complete the course;
  (f) Dissatisfaction with the content, teaching style, or difficulty;
  (g) Device incompatibility, insufficient bandwidth, or lack of required
      equipment on your end;
  (h) Any request received after the 7-day window described in Section 6.

6. Limited Exceptions
We will provide a refund or remedy only in the following limited cases:
  (a) Duplicate Charge: If you are charged more than once for the same course
      due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  (b) Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your course access link due to a
      fault on our side, and we are unable to restore access, we will refund
      you in full.
  (c) Technical Fault: If the course cannot be played due to a technical
      fault attributable to us, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will
      first attempt to resolve or replace your access. A refund is issued
      only if we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time.

7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email [support email] with your order number and a
description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within
48 hours. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method
within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's
processing time.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a refund is warranted, you must contact us at [support email]
before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment
provider. We consider initiating a dispute without first contacting us to be
a breach of this Policy and reserve the right to suspend your access and
decline future orders. Refund decisions made by a payment provider may
differ from this Policy.

9. Order Cancellation
Because Delivery is automatic and immediate, we cannot guarantee cancellation
of an order after payment. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately; we
will make best efforts to assist, but no cancellation is possible once
Delivery or Access has occurred.

10. License and Use Restrictions
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license
to access the course for your own private use. You may not share, resell,
redistribute, or publicly display the content. We may revoke access if we
reasonably determine this Policy has been violated.

11. Content Disclaimer
Our courses are provided for general wellness and educational purposes only
and are not medical advice. This disclaimer does not alter the refund terms
above.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the
time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
